He didn't get therapy from Taylor. He got it from James. Rick was also crazy. He needed as much help as Thomas did. His anger was turning into rage and hatred and he wanted to destroy Ridge. When you hate someone so much that is very dangerous! A few years later he shot at Ridge. Both Thomas and Rick are crazy!

These people are out of their mind! How can Ridge compare a tragic accident with an attempted murder. He keeps saying Rick killed Phoebe while it is crystal clear that it was an accident (caused by Phoebe to be honest). Thomas on the other hand, acted with premeditation. He may have not wanted to kill Rick but it takes a lot a malice to set up a fire or to blow up a car. Not to mention that Rick could have been killed anyway. Fire and bombs are not a joke. Ridge is not helping Thomas covering him up. On the contrary, he's paving the way to what Thomas is going to turn out to become few years later, scilicet a completely crazy and obsessed guy

Maybe Rick should have gone to trial then they would get that he didn't kill Phoebe, she caused the accident. Tire tracks on the road showed he lost control, was it raining? No? Has Rick ever lost control of a car before? No? So he's a responsible driver? Then there must have been another cause for the accident. If Taylor could get off for killing Darla when driving drunk then how could they convict Rick for Phoebe's accident. All that being said Rick had every right to milk Ridge for all that he lost but what he said about steffy was so gross lol (and I don't even like her) 😣. I think every guy that is a player should have a daughter in life so they'd finally see how badly they treated someone else's daughter....

Ridge wants Rick to have the compassion that he never had after Pheophee died. He does even want to hear some of the blame for the way Rick feels about him taking his mother away from him when he was a child..

What the hell are you talking about? Ridge did not press charges against Rick for the accident. He let it go. Rick was able to walk away scot-free all that was asked of him was to stay away from Steffy and he couldn't even do that. No one took Brooke away from Rick. Brooke always went to Ridge willingly. Why is Ridge getting all the blame? Why doesn't he fault Brooke for always going back? Brooke always feels like she needs Ridge to survive. She can't function without him that's why when he left her for good, she had the mother of all nervous breakdowns.

@@RealTalk1411 Absolutely right. Plus, afterward, he even accepted that Rick and Steffy were together. He gave in everywhere. Of course it took time, but he had just lost his child! Later, when Hope accidentally pushes Thomas into the acid barrel and Brooke hides it, he forgives as usual. Even when she pushes Thomas down the cliff to protect Hope. All forgiven. But no one is allowed to touch a hair of her Ricky-boy. Thomas certainly had mental problems here, but Rick was a bad character from the start.

Rick is a "troublemaker" and this is subject to perception. Thomas (and Pam) on the other hand are sociopaths. It's not comparable. The show's characterd are hypocritically biased against logans (Brooke's family). The Forrester's ( Stephanie's family) get a hundred and one excuses and everyone is supposed to understand. Ironically Rick is Eric's son but he gets treated as a logan when Ridge isn't even Eric's son. lol

Ridge doesn't really even respect his own kids. Just look at what he did to them. Steffy got the company back then he makes her do a tribute video to brooke and then fires her thinking she put the secret out about brooke and oliver. He then takes hopes side at work all the time giving everything to hope for the future and her absodence campaign while cutting steffy bedroom line. With thomas he delegates him to the basement and pushes him out of being a designer. He then tries to pass off thomas son as his own trying to send him out of the country. To ridge his kids are only really a thought if he needs them for something example when he wanted to get rick and Eric out of the company he needed steffy and thomas shares of the company.

Ridge should of gotten Justice for Phoebe, because Rick confessed to his sister Bridget Forrester and Ashley Abbott that he's been in love with Phoebe since she was a little girl and his sister Bridget Forrester encouraged Rick to go after Phoebe when she was 15/16 years old ignoring how Rick sexually violated Ridge's daughter from a child as Brooke Logan looked the other way and no one told Ridge when Rick sexually violated Phoebe from head to toe when she was a child.

A long time ago....little Ricky shot Grant, Grant almost died, and Ridge took the fall, so Ricky boy did not have to go to jail. Grant was seriously injured, almost died. So in the Looney Family, Ricky boy is more dangerous than Tomas. Butt they are all screwed up😂. No normal families in Beverly Hillbillies😂😅
