In fear of losing his job, Owen calls on Bridget for assistance. Bridget’s method of helping Owen is to Nick’s benefit, but otherwise unsuccessful. Owen learns some helpful information concerning Jackie. Stephanie is ecstatic when Taylor reveals that their mutual dream is about to come true. Brooke learns the details of Ridge’s evening and realizes that she is unable to give him something that Taylor can. When recognizing that their situation may never change, Ridge makes a declaration to Brooke about their relationship.

Brooke made a valid point but ridge seems too dense to grasp it. So his mother can do whatever to them and Brooke has to suck it up. Rick does somethings (Stephanie is worst cause she has been doing it longer) but ridge can’t live with it, like how unfair is that and it’s a double standard. So sad.

They wrote Taylor in this phase like how they did for parts of ‘97-‘02 (minus the stint with Thorne). Many Brooke fans tuned out understandably then, and as a Taylor fan this period right here is where I tuned out as well.
