Liam starts being sweet But he can't resist steffy's advances . Oliver really loved hope i really believe she should have given him a chance. Liam is all wrong for hope. Liam cheats on hope later she forgives him repeatedly at least Oliver rejected steffy he kissed her once. Hope and oliver were not committed at the time.
