The reason Brooke's relationship with Thomas is worse than Taylor being with Rick is because Brooke is Thomas's stepmother and she speaks very seductively to him. Describing his body and touching him..,it is not loving like a mother, it is slutty and seductive. Totally inappropriate. Taylor was not Rick's stepmother.
