There's this sequence they did when Steffy and Liam got back together after she filed for divorce from Wyatt, where they were at the cliffhouse fooling around and goofing off and each of their actions in the present were mimicked by one from their past. There was this one in particular where she picked up a seashell and held it to her ear and the very next shot was of the first time they went to the beach and were running around in the surf and they kissed. I loved how beautiful and seamless it was all done. Think it was episode #7457.

I think that Liam loved Hope, she was his first love, and he wanted to marry her. But from the moment he got too close to Steffy, something changed. Since then, he always felt torn up between these two womans cause it's two different chemistry, two different stories, two differents bonds. But at then end, i think he loves Steffy more, she's like his bestfriend, his person. And he just can't stay away from her, it's like pratically impossible to him. Steffy is like a tornado who changed his all life, his perspectives, his ways of seeing things but for the better and that's why he loves her so much.

Hope this is the beginning of Bold and Beautiful finally addressing this issue and they are about to start the process of having Liam grow up and learn to be happy on his own before he gets a woman. Everytime Steffy was ready to let go and move on, Liam came back to her. She signed the annulment papers in Aspen and Liam ripped them up. She told him to marry Hope in Italy even though he had made out with Steffy on his wedding day. She was ready to let him go this episode and he tracked her down and found her. Liam cannot let Steffy go and I dont think he ever will
