Rick need to grow up he is a spoil brat. Ridge should not let Rick talk to him the way he does. If I was Ridge and Caroline I would not work at that company anymore. I would go and start up my own company and give Forester Creation a run for their money. Without Ridge and Caroline, there would be no designer there. Eric also need to step up and quit listening to Rick. They all treat Ridge bad because he is not a Forester, that's why he need to move and start his own company.
