Rick and Maya are a sickeningly, despicable pair. Never could stand the Maya character from day 1. I love it when Ridge shuts her down and puts her in her place.

I wish all the employees would leave Forrester and start a new fashion house with Ridge and Caroline at the helm. It would finally show Rick and Maya there are consequences for treating people that way and they aren't going to put up with it. Forrester would crumble without them and it would show Eric how he clearly is missing something if all his employees feel that strongly about it. It would also lead to more interesting storylines with Ridge and Rick going head to head competing with their designs. But nah, this is B&B. Just give us another repeated love triangle with Liam in the middle, that'll work right?
