Tianna Hook ronn moss left in 2012. The show wanted to bring him back but I guess he wasn’t interested. So they had no choice but to recast seeing how important his character was to the canvas. Especially with Susan flan retiring/Stephanie killed off. The new actors voice has always been like that. He’s acted on other shows before.
