Rick love blaming Ridge for his current losses. He needs to blame the woman standing in front of him. He chose Maya over the CEO position when he went to Bill and Bill asked him to choose between the two. Then he left the Forrester Estate when Ridge refused to move his mother's portrait for Maya's. His tantrums, his choices, he needs to accept it. He chose Maya.

This is an old question but very important. Why did the writers not acknowkedge or remember that Ridge and Steff hold highest positiins because they hold the most stock in the company.?

because Eric holds Stephanie's trust. the real owner of forrester creations, was stephanie before her death. the company was founded with money from john douglas, stephanie's father. however, the old man did not trust Eric completely. he therefore made full use of stephanie in the event of her daughter's divorce from Eric. but Eric found it before and hid it from Stephanie since the start of their relationship. but Sally mentioned the trust to Stephanie who found her in a safe that Eric had to keep in his office. eric, Thomas, Steffy and Ridge own shares in the company. but, the trust has whoever has it, guaranteed the ownership status of the enterprise. I hope Eric will give it to Steffy afterwards, who has been more than Loyal to the company. and who started at the bottom of the ladder arrived in episode 5326

In my country the episode played in 2014, while I was busy with school. I've always wondered how Eric, even though he only owns 12.5% + Stephanie's 25%. All Rick's barking about the paternity of Douglas is so stupid. He did the same thing with Maya and Nicole. The only difference is Ridge and Caroline kept their private life private. Rick and Maya flaunted Nicole to any and everyone that would look. Logans are so messy. If PR man spin Rick and 'MYRON' they can sure as hell spin another Forrester baby that is being raised by only one bio parent. Hell Ridge raised his siblings as his stepkids (Rick/Bridget) and Hope is Brooke's son-in-laws daughter. This is NOTHING new!
