Steffy being appointed CEO was the best decision made. She has shown on multiple occasions that her loyalties lie with her family, as does the interests of said family therefore making her the best candidate... Also let it be known she’s never pushed for any of the positions given to her, from starting off in shipping to now CEO she has proven herself and moved up due to her merits. I really hope they keep her as CEO or at least main CEO until Kelly and Hayes grow up.

That’s all right for sure. But at the time when Steffy was married to Wyatt, he couldn't hold his mother far enough from her neck. She kept complaining to Liam that Wyatt wasn't protecting her from Quinn. And now she is putting herself in that position. It's funny.

I dont get why they dont see that Steffy is actually fit to lead the company, because she can get the family together like she did for Thanksgiving. Also Liam, Steffy is bolder and stronger than u she don't need you to protect her, tell him Bill😑. I wish Bill never crossed the line with Steffy they could have been the bestest of friends!! I miss their friendship, seriously, she knew exactly who he was and liked him flaws and all and supported him when he needed a friend or confidant and vice versa it was refreshing nothing like that on this show.

Yes Eric owned the company after Stephanie's death but he has opened it and now has shareholders. And Steffy is the biggest shareholder holding 32.5%. If at any given time Steffy could evoke her power and subsequently become CEO of her family's company...AGAIN without co-CEOs with Ridge.

Wyatt was absolutely right. Steffy will not be manipulated and he knows that. She can take that job. Both Liam and Ridge are insulting her by thinking she is that stupid to be tricked into being with Wyatt in any way. She’s stronger than Hope was mentally in my opinion.

This era was incredibly difficult to watch Ridge act like Little Ricky whining about the CEO position and it going to Steffy instead of one of them. It was a great idea and long overdue appointment. You don't see Thorne or Felicia whining about not having their chances at EVER being CEO. Ric has always been great at INTERNATIONAL, Ridge as HEAD Designer; Steffy's appointment although it was out of spite was well deserved and earned. Its so disappointing that it Quinn to make the suggestion to Eric and not one of her family members(SMH). I don't care if Helter Selter came up with this idea; Ridge should have been the first one over the moon for her!!! I don't totally agree with Liam but he scores a point, it’s Quinn’s idea to put Steffy as CEO so that Wyatt reconciles with Steffy. Eric trusts Steffy because she is the spitting image of Stéphanie Senior and will put the company first like his grandmother. However, since Steffy's been in the business, she has proven to others that she deserves this place and that she is an exceptional leader even better than Brooke and Katie were CEO at the time. What has to be said, Steffy starts at the bottom of the ladder and climbs the steps of the company unlike others. I agree with Bill, Steffy has given international prestige and elegance. Since Steffy has been in charge of the company, there has not been a single scandal regarding her. She wasn’t always correct with some people, but she never put the business at risk in her life.
