Melissa Hess, Steffy wasn't joy-riding her bike. Steffy was actually thinking of Hope's feelings, and decided to take her bike to leave, so she wouldn't make Hope feel even more uncomfortable. Steffy was actually trying to be thoughtful toward Hope by leaving that house - being a little sympathetic to Hope's feelings. Steffy was just driving home to be with Liam.
