Thorne tried to get out of there into their own home, but by that time she was having serious doubts about her marriage and was feeling more and more drawn to Ridge to the point where she stopped being intimate with him.

The show was good as along as Susan flannery was in the show. No one could hold a candle to her. She was a truly gifted actress. She was to good for a soap opera. The show died when Stephanie died. Not worth watching after that anymore. I hated the story around Eric and Brooke. It was disgusting. Ex partners/financee of your children should be of limited. Eric was and is such a foolish old low life version of a man with no morals. Sometimes you could just slap him. I get why they had to pair John Mccook with other women, because he was and is not such great actor. Couldn't really hold up with Susan. They had chemistry, but when it came to acting, he couldn't really pull it off. Especially, kkl and jf and some others were not good actors either, so it didn't show too much his lack of acting talent when he acted with them.

Now, wasn't there a scene in the Forrester mansion, where Caroline says to Stephanie "I love him, Stephanie." (referring to Ridge), followed by Stephanie anxiously whispering with almost clenched teeth, "Don't even say it!", and then Caroline saying "But I do! I'm in love with Ridge!", and the scene ends with Stephanie silently reacting with worry. Did that episode happen yet or not yet?

I believe Brooke and Ridge love one another and I am Brooke fan, but Brooke was obsessed at some points with Ridge or perhaps, she thought it was a compromise consideration and wait to have a baby, when they both want it.
