Are we all not seeing the same skyscraper exterior being used for Spencer Publications? In a structure that humongous its very possible not to run into someone. How many magazines are housed at SP? Dozens according to the titles adorning Bill's office walls. While Caroline recognized Nick's face, she can't place him exactly. That's not stupidity, its meant to convey the vastness of SP. Why can't people just think practically?

That.s because if I remember that Angela is an imposter the real Angela died a few years ago so the fake Angela and the so called doctor have been Extorting money from Stephanie and the forestearth.If I remember correctly, I don't know how the rest of the story line went.I guess we'll just have to watch more

@@robertbloomquist514 They were found out in the end, basically, but fake Angela tried to blackmail them because they knew about Thorne shooting Ridge. Eric and Stephanie paid them off to get the hell out of town, and then the good doctor with a guilty conscience steered his car over a cliff. "Angela" survived, and became "Deveney Dixon" trying to get her revenge on the Forresters. Thorne paid for her plastic surgery, and then she vanished into the night, never to be seen again, to this day. Wouldn't it be great if B&B were to revisit this? Never going to happen :(

I don't know why the Angela/Todd storyline wasn't well received. I think it's one of the most interesting storylines from the early years. Angela/Deveney was the first female villain/psychopath on the show.

Because it was ill conceived. Most mothers would have hired a female nurse rather than have a lonely man take care of their voluptuous incapacitated daughter( We saw how that worked for Uma Thurman in Kill BIll). Was it expected Todd had no libido or took an oath of celibacy? Plus, as a doctor Todd didn't need that money, he could make more of his own in private practice and the plastic surgery story seemed to have come out of nowhere to take the storyline in a different direction. Lastly, the actor who was recast as Todd lacked the talent of the previous actor. It would have been better to give Angela a miracle cure and she slowly wakes out her stupor and and for some reason wants revenge on her parents for dumping in that house for all those years and goes after Thorne after hearing Stephanie's confession that Thorne was the shooter. Still over all, the show was well developed compared to earlier new shows such as Capitol, Sunset Beach, Santa Barbara and even Generations.

Stephanie is gone. Angela is still in 'character' for a moment after she's gone. Is she becoming as brain-dead as she would have them believe? Or is that how Todd likes his women - no talking?

for 25 years, stephanie and now everyone else in the family stopping by all the time and unexpectedly and yet never once is Angela not there, or not in bed in character when they arrive, LOL

@@LMH61 well in a very recent prior episode, Brooke and Ridge went to visit and they could hear Todd having an argument with a woman, inside the house. Of course, its not how they found Angela when Todd let them in, but they're taking a risk in their scheme with more people aware of Angela's existence and dropping in by surprise, totally unannounced. This is an interesting plot in Stephanie's story, who is used to winning many battles, tactical, ruthless, conniving and unlimited resource to alter lives of others. This is where she is totally beat and terribly embarrassing for her... for 25 years.

I'm glad that Todd is now played by a different actor given the ending. Seeing the last one, who looked old enough to be Angela's grandfather, making out with her like this would have been too much!

Clearly, this whole storyline was re-written, and for the worst in my opinion. that would explain the re-cast. But old, as compared to what? Eric and Brooke, Eric and Donna, Eric and just about anyone woman.

This Angela storyline is quite intriguing but not realistic. How could Angela sit still in bed without needing to pee or have a catheter of some sort? Why didn't Stephanie, Eric, Ridge, anyone visit at random hours? Surely they would have caught that something was off. Then again in the 80's we had more imagination because nothing was given away in advance on the internet. First time watching this storyline. I would still take these unrealistic stories over the drivel being written now which are a snorefest.
