Stephanie's "acting"/ pretend play only works for some characters but not all. - Adam saw through her kiss and that it had been for Brooke's benefit (who fell for that play) - Ridge now starts to wonder about his mother's "memory loss" when she refused his offer to come along, but then had been so eager to let Eric come with her.
