I know deacon is supposed to be the “villain” here but the way Amber and Ric act as if Deacon owe them Eric and have the nerve to get angry because he’s not giving up HIS son is aggravating. I know they wouldn’t do this for storyline purposes but if I was deacon I would just called the whole deal off and keep Eric and kick Amber out. You can’t talk to someone any kind of way and bully him and then think he should just give up his child to you, especially when he wouldn’t have even been a factor if it wasn’t for y’all.

Well I have been saying that same thing... The boldfacedness of Rick to demand access to a child that doesn't belong to him. He's very much like his mother that way.. Always feeling entitled to something... I agree that Deacon should have just said Get Lost to them both and keep it moving.

I never really cared for Rick to begin with but THIS ONE in particular was the most irritating; his voice was so annoying and I honestly was glad when he left (I preferred Kyle Lowder)

(I was a huge Days of our Lives fan at the time) Eric Winter & Jay Kenneth Johnson were there, too. They were raising $$$ for service dogs for blind people. All of the guys were so nice & down to Earth. I will never forget that day...lol, I am sligntly shy but I somehow worked up the courage to tell Kyle Lowder that he was "even more beautiful in person than he appeared onscreen"!!! He smiled & looked amused. And said Thank You. And all 3 guys posed for pics with me & chatted! It was crazy how my boyfriend at the time found the pics & thought these were guys I was hanging all over at a party & it caused a fight! Clearly he wasn't a soap fan! I WISHED Kyle was my boyfriend lol but he was married to Ariane Zuker at the time! Anyway, crazy how fast time flies. I was in my early 20's then! Now in my 40's!!! It's one of my fondest memories! And Kyle Lowder has always been a fave ❤ So yes I loved him as Rick, too. Way more mature!

Comments are always a little biased when it comes to Brooke. Yes, she comes off as a hypocrite when talking about Amber, but she makes some solid points here. Rick is not ready marriage at all (he actually sounds like an imo teen lol), and Amber is still indecisive as ever and would probably ditch Rick for Deacon the same way she did with CJ.

You must be kidding Amber More is definitely not a better person compared to Brooke. They just gave her a few episodes of being a hero. In fact the things she will do in in the future and the manipulations and lies she will say to continue the good life are things Brooke didn't do. I am sure you Tridge fans will not agree but the problem with Brooke was loving Ridge too much and going to extremes to protect her children after making bad relationships. She was sensitive and stood by many people when they were going through tragedies. As far I am concerned she was completely right about Amber. She is not for Rick and her son will go through many love stories and some very extreme. So what if is she giving advise to her children people try to learn from their mistakes and try to convince their children to make the same.
