What right does Thorne have to reveal that Macy's alive (against her wishes) and demand he wants her back (when she's with another man) after everything he did to her?! Macy should be Lorena Bobbitt-ing Thorne! 🔪

Though Lorenzo is trying to get her to come back with him to Italy, also against her wishes. Macy told her mother that she wanted to stay with her in LA, but Lorenzo doesn't even want her being with her mother the first night home from the hospital.

@@SuzanneAllen-ne2nr fair point, but I think even though Thorne acted without consideration for Macy's choice, what he did was actually _more_ in alignment with Macy's true wishes than what Lorenzo suggested. We saw Lorenzo pressuring her into going back to Europe even though she clearly wanted to stay with her mother. He was being very controIIing in this scene, not even letting her answer the phone.

So they tell Thorne that it’s dangerous for Macy being alive and back in LA to be publicized since there’s criminals looking for her father and how they were afraid they would target her, and Thorne has the brilliant idea to tell the media because he thinks he’s doing her a favor?…*deep sigh*

Yesterday Tricia was asking Ridge about what was going on with Thorne. And now suddenly she knows everything, and we didn't even get to see the (presumably very awkward) scene where Thorne has to tell her that their relationship is going nowhere because his wife _came back from the dead._ Only goes to show how little the writers care about anything Thorne related. 😂

What Ridge is doing should have been Eric's job. Even her own mother was not capable of doing that, because she thought that with a few sentences of apology, which were not even really sincere, everything would be OK again. She went on with her day and acted as if nothing had ever happened. And she expected the same from Bridget. Once again, she did not want to face any consequences. Let someone say again that Brooke is a good mother.

Remember how when Thorne and Macy were singing, we were joking about how Macy got all of the fan maiI and Thorne none? And during the Portofino challenge, there was no mention of Thorne in the newspaper. But Macy returns to LA and the reporters are all over her, while Thorne is reduced to an "anonymous tip". 😂

Thorne is, actually, an anonymous tip 😂. Even he sees himself they way. It's how he keeps talking about Macy being a singer and a celebrity, like he wasn't part of that (well. Technically he wasn't lol).

@@hraslan yes he has his own list of betrayals. this goes beyond betrayals. to do this to your daughter over and over not even just a one night stand with her husband would be bad enough. this was months of a betrayal. then did brooke learn and change. no, she did it to bridget again with her second husband and then to her sister katie with her husband as she saw katie sink into despair and drink herself into oblivion and then was so cruel as to blame katie for their affair. so it's about being with someone who hasn't changed. someone who only cares for her wants and needs and bringing this woman around his children who are innocent who she would or could do the same thing too. it's about him seeing the hurt this woman causes and exposing his children to it.

Ridge admitted it some episodes ago. But he also tried to be happy with Brooke and her children. Of course Taylor was better so... Just because you and some other are reminding us all the other characters mistakes: Brooke has never given her children a stable life with any of his partners. She left the children to Connor how many days after she met him? She distanced Eric from his own child. She married Grant only to make Ridge jealous and we know what happened to little Eric then.. Ridge dumped her and now that's his fault if her children suffered?

@@babs4848 Thank you. These constant comparisons with other people's mistakes are always just to make this sick narcissistic character of Brooke better in some way. But she herself rarely cared for Rick and Bridget also suffered as a child (she said it to her herself). The only one she was always overprotective of was Hope - out of a guilty conscience. But Brooke is an absolutely bad mother. She put Bridget through this drama twice.

What Brooke did was gross. I can’t believe we have to be hearing the whole thing again. But Bridgette having feelings for a man she thought was her brother for the last 20 years is pretty damn gross too. And if Ridge starts feeling the same- that’s pretty gross too. You know - this is a soap. None of them are free from issues. They’re ALL troubled, do mad things, manipulate, blah, blah, blah. But for some reason- one character really triggers people.

The thing about Brooke is that if you're a fan of another female character on the show, _any_ major female character, she has been under attack from Brooke at one point or another. It's not that everyone is randomly _against_ Brooke by default, it's that Brooke has _hurt_ many other popular characters and that has earned her the dislike of many fans of those characters.
