Ohh pfft Bill. Even if everything had been fair the ruling would have made sense. Bills treatment of both Liam and Wyatt and what he did to Liam and Steffys marriage demonstrates his character. Of course his parenting would be called into question in light of how he treated his older sons. He acts like he’s so innocent. And this constant boosting of Brooke shows me he still has that obsessive quality about him. He’s just transferred from Steffy to Brooke.

If it wasn't for Ridge convincing or just out right pressuring judge McMullen to strip Bill of his parental right Katie sole custody and Bill still able to have visitation but no Ridge wanted to hurt Bill by taking away his parental right's because he sleep with Steffy and Ridge is acting like Bill coerce her but he didn't
