A few years earlier, General Hospital drew the largest audience ever when Laura married Luke, the man who had violently raped her. There are 2 Caroline Spence the one from 1987 and the niece which Karen’s daughter (Karen is Caroline from 1987 twin sister who was kidnapped at birth). The 1st Caroline died of Leukaemia and the 2nd Caroline who is Douglas’ mother died cause not disclosed.
