Yes that's right Oliver. Hope is her sister's stepdaughter. And Brooke is not so in control as people think. She even kissed Deacon more recently and Ridge took off (again). Brooke and Thomas never slept together but they kissed and they weren't appropriate. Brooke steals Katie's husband. Are we gonna excuse that too just because 'she wasn't with Ridge and therefore out of control'?
