I don't think anyone can understand why who is attending which meeting (including Ally). The only thing that is certain is that there are never decisive heads of departments of the company without whom the entire system would not actually run.

Half of the employees of Forrester Creations do not seem to have an actually job title. Brooke and Ridge were named "co vice presidents" recently but I have no clue what Brooke's post during the 10 year period prior to this was. Why is Liam who isn't even a Forrester employee at this time constantly at their executive meetings? Liam is VP of Spencer and he is not working at forrester at all. Yet he is always there giving his input. eye roll
