Eric never wanted to see Quinn's real colors. He always gave her the benefit of the doubt, even after she did all these criminal and destructive things in the past. She learned to hide her dark side well, but once in a while there was a glimpse noticeable. Glad that Eric finally woke up. She is still lucky just being kicked to the curb because she in fact should have been in prison multiple times.

Eric never wants to see Brooke's real colors either. Eric always defends Brooke no matter what. Brooke does no wrong in Eric's eyes, none whatsoever. I will never be able to understand Eric and this unfathomable loyalty he has to Brooke's vagina. Eric has this sick, twisted obsession with protecting Brooke. It's really and truly disgusting. Quinn isn't the only person who has called Eric out on constantly defending Brooke no matter what she does. Stephanie has also done it and so has Taylor. Eric and this insane obsession he has with protecting Brooke has always been Stephanie's bones of contention with him. I am glad Quinn is far away from Eric. He often feels that Dumb Barbie is so much better. Dumb Barbie ain't better. She is far better. Quinn finally saw Eric for who he is. He will never stop defending Brooke. It was time for Quinn to get with a man, a real man not some little boy who comes attached to an ex-wife who don't know her place.

At the end of the day there's no excusing Quinns deception but I also agree Eric takes indirect responsibility. He's always making excuses for and defending Brooke and putting blinders on when it comes to her hypocritical behavior. I can't blame Quinn for being fed up because it's frustrating to see someone who's objectively in the wrong getting away with it or merely getting a slap on the wrist like Brooke always has due to nepotism.
