I see lots of people bashing Brooke for using that "for the children" reason to reunite with Ridge. First off eveyone on this show has used that for the kids logic at one point or another. Secondly, no one had this smoke when Stephanie faked a heart attack to break up Bridge so that Ridge could reunite with Taylor & their nearly grown children. Leaving R.J & Hope while they were still toddlers. So Brooke isn't the only character who pulls that card, but no one would ever know that with the way some of these viewers carry on smh

And Hope is "part of the package" because Deacon was a deadbeat/felon at this time & looking for him would achieve nothing lol. That's extremely dumb logic because last time I checked Deacon isn't R.J's father. So the same problem would be present and the same logic would have to be applied. Later on, when Stephanie & Ridge sued for custody, they sued for both children, not just R.J, and no one had issue with her being in the package then. So yeah you did miss the point in order to drag Brooke for something everyone on this show does. Nice try.

@@soundscool4827 Brooke did exactly what she did when Thorne dumped her in 2001. She tried to use a supposedly devastating event to manipulate Ridge into being a part of her support system (my bad, did I say “a part of her support system” I meant “her entire support system”, knowing that he was in a relationship - she knew exactly what she was doing. Brooke didn’t care at all that he was with Ashley and wanted him all to herself. As for rubbing the rape in anyone’s face, isn’t Brooke doing that by asking Ridge to attend her support sessions - she can very easily ask Donna, Bridget, or Katie, but no it just had to be Ridge 🙄. It’s very unwise to suggest that no rape victims ever use that to their advantage (before you or anyone else overreacts, NO - I am not shaming or making false accusations about rape victims, I’m merely stated that some can be like that).

Two of Brooke's greatest illnesses: curiosity and manipulation of others. When this woman doesn't know everything, she jumps off the roof of a house in frustration. She just knows no limit. I have rarely seen Taylor having to squeeze everything out of people if they don't want to tell her willingly. Horrible something like that. This eternal "we have a child together" is incredibly annoying. Hello Brooke! You have two children with Eric and you don't want to be with him anymore. Stop using this as a reason. It's so ridiculous. And then she always swims where it suits her: first to Nick's company twice and then back again so that she can be close to Ridge. Rarely stupid, really..
