If only Ridge and Brooke could’ve always been together without the detours; if only Clarke and Kristen could’ve worked out there problems and if only Nick and Donna could’ve had there happily ever after. I really love the chemistry between all those couples and I root for all of them. I also wish that Caroline never died and resolved her feelings for Ridge and perhaps stayed with her Thorne or found someone else she could have truly loved. Instead this show took so many twists and turns and made some of these characters (well most) downright neurotic and bedhoppers. If only they could’ve shown a couple that worked on their problems.

Yes; maybe have a break or a separation, but ultimately, they stay together. You could still have the neurotic, crazy people. The point is this story ended up being beyond ridiculous, constant triangles, within the very same families. Even if they could’ve had just ONE couple that stayed together, it would’ve been so much nicer. These days it is even so much worse in present-day B&B. No substance, just beyond silliness. The show is supposed to be a drama bit now it is just inane.

He was almost always direct with her and I think that he very rarely ever led her on. Infact it was the other way round bcos JJ was leaving they set the stage for the “ destiny story line of Bridge. But as long as Caroline was on screen, it was ONLY Caroline that he loved: as Ridge said over and over she was the one and ONly! Yes her hurt the woman he loved with Alex incident. The night of passion was meant to happen, in fact it was essential to the realization of Caroline suppressed love & Passion for Ridge and seeks psychological help to realize why she did what she did “ come on to Ridge” and make love to him like she never ever did to her duplicitous husband Thorne! This is essential as from now on she reclaims the love & passion of CRIDGE! I'm by no means a Bridge fan, but honestly it's refreshing to see Ridge not brood over Caroline for once and really move on from her. If anyone was gonna compel Ridge to actually get over Caroline, it was definitely going to be Brooke. But Cridge just had this undeniable pull towards each other. Several things are converging to compel Caroline to stay close to Ridge because she can't help herself. Most importantly, she's got this burst of emotions and memories of the night with Ridge and can't stop thinking about him. Also, the talks with both Kristen and Thorne about how in love Kristen was with Clarke really made Caroline realize she's not actually in love with Thorne and she made a mistake marrying him instead of Ridge. Kristen literally cried from the mountaintops (doesn't she always? lol) how much she's in love with Clarke and he's her whole world. Caroline has never been able to say that about Thorne.
