Reality is what the authors write, the show is what we get. The writers just wrote it in such a way that Brooke hosted the party and thus conveyed that she put the pictures up. Like when Stephanie put all the pictures there for Brooke and Ridge's wedding - which was very nice. And if you don't want to discuss it, then you just let it be. I don't see a problem there. Besides, you couldn't have followed my posts so well to realize that I actually saw good things about Brooke at one point or another. Overall, however, I just don't like the character portrayed. Is this enough?

Notice how the tabloid calls her “Hope Forrester.” I remembered that being her name on the show. Ridge adopted her as a young child. They called each other daughter/dad. It wasn’t till later years I noticed they started calling her “Hope Logan,” which I think was to differentiate her from her rival step-sister Steffy Forrester and make things seem less incest.

Ridge NEVER adopted Hope, she's always been Hope Logan, with Spencer and Forrester added.. There were talks about Nick adopting Hope, but that never happened either..

@@h06anbjo I completely agree with you. Legally and in the eyes of the law, Hope is not Ridge's daughter. On his certificate, the father's name has always been Deacon. He never adopted Hope, Nick wanted but Brooke and his eternal "Destiny". At that time and a few years later after Hope's birth. Ridge was married to Taylor and had their children. Hope never knew she was the daughter of her sister's ex-husband. It wasn't until after because Brooke and Katie wanted to put Hope as their HFTF photo model. But, she had heard her mother and Ridge say that Deacon was Hope's biological father. Hope was initially raised by Brooke who was single, then she had Nick as a provisional father and Ridge after Taylor died from age 5 until age 16. Ridge allowed Hope to see him as a father. But hey, their relationship changed the day Hope wanted more bond with Deacon. And Ridge allowed Hope to see him as such, because to avoid a scandal "Brooke has been known to cause scandals all the time". They no longer saw each other as father-daughter as they drifted apart and Ridge was often on Hope's side. Thomas and Steffy were a bit left out of that.
