Yves gives Massimo a report on the board meeting, saying Rick was there and demanded a board on the seat, but that Ridge parried the threat magnificently. Rick reports to Amber and Bridget that he is now certain Ridge is trying to cut them out of the company. Rick is determined to fight Ridge for control, but Bridget is a little more ambiguous about going against Ridge. Deacon and Brooke admit they are haunted by their time together. Deacon declares that he’s in love with Brooke.

Rick made himself look like a fool. He didn't need Ridge's help. And Rick is the one who started the division within the Forrester family.. Talking bout "my family".. Rick's family consists of a man who lost his company, a mother who has slept her way thru the company, a grandfather who would do anything for money, and a lame grandma who has wanted to be Steph her whole life...

Massimo is spot on when he describes Ridge as a "paper tiger". Ridge doesn't have any real controI over Forrester. He is overplaying his hand and it can't last, and for some reason Ridge doesn't seem to realize that his power is only temporary.

I have to agree. I thought they had chemistry and was looking forward to the sl, but it is pretty unsettling to watch. Sunset Beach did a similar story back in the day but for some reason it wasn’t this sickening. Those actors were super good looking though.

Now he is just another loganised one. Deacon and Bridget have no future at all. I really thought that Deacon and Bridget had a chance with all the drama he brought. He messed up a young innocent woman's life. It was good for me. But it should have ended with Bridget as a mature woman, Deacon in love with her and Brooke against him.Just my opinion

I like that Taylor has a mind of her own and doesn't just follow Ridge's lead, but instead tries to reason with him and make peace between him and Rick. It's when she is like this that she is at her best - above all, Taylor needs to be _fair_ and _balanced._ We need to enjoy it while it lasts, because *this* Taylor actually does die later this year, never to return.

It's interesting that Deacon describes Brooke as being a kind of "addlction", because that was the exact same impression I got from Thorne during his affair with Brooke while he was married to Macy. Thorne would stay away from Brooke and be "sober", and then he'd "fall off the wagon". He was constantly waking up and then falling back under her speII.

As Taylor even had forseen, appointing Taylor to the board - while trying to keep Rick out of the boardroom - has been a hostile move and even Bridget gets that.
