I find Brooke hypocritical more than Quinn because madam allows herself to cheer others like her daughter. she judges Thomas, Taylor, Steffy and the others for their actions when she should be listening and advising them because she was in their places and even today because she kisses Katie's husband again. she allows herself to say that it is Thomas' fault for the kiss with Bill, nobody forced him to give word of mouth to Bill

@nadine müller I agree, each judges the other. However, in 2020, Brooke will betray her sister again with Bill. Katie had finally found Bill without Brooke being around. and there, again Mrs. Brooke continues her "mistakes" as she likes to say. I would have thought that with the mistakes of the past, Brooke would have learned from her mistakes but no, again betrayals
