I enjoy Boldy but with his sleepy style I would prefer he slow down a tad but not mad at his grind. Gotta appreciate the work ethic. But you know why I’m here…… just waiting on your Ransom review. Peace King! Yeah I think that’s valid. Outside of Manger on McNichols, Boldy is fairly one dimensional so I think his style can lend itself to getting stale quickly. I will say though I used to be hardcore against rappers dropping tons of music but my stance has softened cus I’ve seen multiple artists - especially ones in Griselda do it while maintaining quality. Like even though I didn’t like this project, Boldy’s 3rd project this year was a top 10 proj of the year and I woulda thought that was unheard of a few years ago. The thing I noticed about Boldy is his rapping hasn’t dropped off over the course of the year - he’s steadily improving. I think for him it’s just being selective about what producers he chooses to do projects with. I haven’t peeped the ransom project yet just cus of time but I’m reviewing that joint ASAP! It’s getting my first spin outta the 3 albums from today I’m planning on reacting to!

Peace my brotha!!! You make some great points. At one time this level of continuous drops was unheard but Griselda kicked in the door and things have yet to slow down. As you mentioned, the rhyming for Boldy hasn’t diminished so it’s all dependent on his production. I guess we just have to appreciate the work ethic because if they weren’t releasing I would be ridiculing them. As always appreciate you my man and looking for your next drop. Peace and Love👊🏿

Haven't listened to the projects you've reviewed recently, but I wanted to swoop in and suggest checking out the new/re-release tape Alchemist dropped. It combines two classic tapes with some fire Griselda and Roc Marciano stuff among others, and a massive Earl Sweatshirt track, from ~2018 or so. Also has two new cuts that are pretty fire!
