The Woke Show is a weekly comedy cum satire show on AKTK and today we are discussing Hardik Pandya’s divorce. Recently Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya got divorce from his wife Natasha and it is expected that she will be asking for a hefty alimony from Hardik. In the past a lot of such cases have been seen by us. It happened to Shikhar Dhawan, Muhammad Shami, brother of Yuvaraj Singh and a lot of other common Indians. Is it high time that India needs gender neutral Laws?

The reason is simple......indian society dont care at all about men and only treat them as walking ATMs from which they can extract money. This is true even for so called nationalists like BJP. in india, most women and older generation men get lot of pleasure and laugh when they see young men suffering from ultra biased laws. I know it's a harsh thing to digest...but it's simply the truth if u start observing around.

The ones earning don’t get alimony, meri maasi ko bhi nahi mila. And anyways she had a stable saree business. Toh koi tension nahi…. Stable matlab ek shop acche se chal rahi hai. She cannot waste time in divorce hearings, isliye without alimony she did out of court settlement. Matlab usse mara gaya tha, she shoudl have dragged him to the court. But uske karma phal usee mil jayenge…..

Recently a woman who was earning more than 1 lakh per month was awarded 2 Crore Alimony. Even educated and earning women ask for alimony. Recently in Kolkata a woman took 27 lakhs alimony and was asking for another 50 lakhs while her husband had undergone many surgeries. If women misusing laws wasn't an issue than courts wouldn't have made statements where they said that women are misusing laws.

Laws are made up of according to the crimes happened in the country ..who is raped more, who are burnt alive ,who became acid victims , who have to leave their after marriage , who has to under went pregnancy , who gives dowry, who look after household , cook food for husband family for free ..when crimes are not gender neutral then why there would gender neutral laws ..think about it .

Lots of these women become business partners in there husband's businesses that's why they are able to get more. Indian alimony law are different than the west and their is no way Natasha can get more than 25% and if she doesn't get the custody of her son, then it will be even lesser.
