You guys are wrong. The original copyright holder is Abrar. He can sell the rights to a Pakistani movie to use his song that does not mean they now own the song but they only have the rights to use it. The Pakistani movie has no right to sell the rights to the song to someone else as the copyright holder is the original maker

This is always the case with copyright law. No original maker ever sells the fully copyright as that means they get no more money ever for that song anymore after. Instead, they sell a license for someone to use the song which is what most likely happened with the Pakistani movie. Sounds to me like someone who worked in the Pakistani movie has scammed the Indian movie makers as they most likely had zero rights to sell on a song they didn't own
