@@ConsoleAuthority I don't know all about that. All I know abt weight is I was 45 once, only to become 62 and now 47 for quite a long time. I am a vegan. I maintain weight just by climbing stairs and healthy fasting. I have never invested in gym or weight loss drinks. I just mean that know your body and act as it need. Healthy living is a part of Indian lifestyle and every household, that we threw it outside the window to adapt to current lifetyle. Now it has come back to us in the form of gyms and dieticians.

When say Fasting is in our incumbant faith and religion, you are negatively taking my comment as poverty. Also women health is most neglected in middle classes families and lately we see growing awareness now. Yes there are also people who die of starvation. Broaden your horizons but don't take it hapazardly in unambitious directions. When you are well off, stop being so self-obbsessed, like you don't listen to what others have to say

Jhal Muri is kinda healthy tbh! You have spices, chopped veggies, lime juice, plus puffed rice is a low calorie easily digestible gf grain...yes you can definitely play with the drizzle of oil on it! I felt he just put a lot of it 😛 maybe unintentionally! But, I guess he's right, chewing it enough should make things easy!
