Streaming has introduced so many new actors and directors to us. In this economy watching a movie in a theatre has become real pain. Not everyone, only for the elitist. Gadar 2 , Pathaan and Jawan were exception and hence people flocked to cinema plexes.

Big screen experience is all about stardom, even today. The primary drivers of business in cinema halls are the superstars (across different industries). That's why it's hard to make a film successful at the box office, because we have very few stars for whom people would pay money to buy a ticket. But streaming as you said, gives you access to powerful content, at a fixed subscription fee.
