The guy singing and the one in the video is different because in Bollywood they use playback singers shreya, arijit singh, atif aslam, Sonu nigam are all playback singer, the actors lipsync and Perform on the songs sang by playback singers... If you're confused about people other than the singers being on some of the music videos....some of these are songs in movies, not just music videos. Actors lip sync in movies in Bollywood, usually actors don't sing and singers don't act. There are a few exceptions.
