It's a good time pass movie. Goa is the smallest state of India also known as Party capital of India. And the Russian part is kinda because Goa is hotspot and second home to Russians, there is town named Morjim which is also called as "Little Russia" where most of them stay and have set up their businesses, some good some bad(drugs mafia) and because of that some pale skinned Indians blonde their hair and pretend to be russians or any eastern Europeans to get benefits. Because it's a party capital, they have high number of tourist/immigrants specially hippie kinda people from all around the world most of them from Europe.

An unfiltered reaction is impossible if you read the synopsis first. I love your videos and don't mean to be mean but it doesnt take a genius to figure this out. I don't want to see your complete understanding, I want your interpretation of the trailer even if its completely wrong. Surely you realize that that is where the fun and enjoyment for the viewer is derived from. If I want people with full understanding of it then I'll talk to my Indian friends....Dont need you for that.
