I grew up in 80's listening to these songs on Vividh Bharti Radio Station. Thank you to the family that lived on ground floor below us. Exactly at 8 they would hang Radio on some peg and bless us with these immortal songs. It was 1983. I was 9 then. Though I am from Punjab and speak Punjabi but I could never develop taste for Punjabi music till now. I still listen to Hindi songs of 50's 60's 70's 80's And a few melodious songs of 90's.
