Anushaka was got very less lime light during Ae Dil Hai Mushkil promotions . Everyone kept on asking Ranbir how was the experience working with Aish. I didn't see Anushka reacting this way . First of all Anushka is way more talented actor than Katrina and secondly Sharukh is more close with Anushka and he might be biased also . But you can't sit in a press conference and ask for attention and praises . That is really unprofessional. I understand taking a stand if somebody misbehaves with you or said something bad about you. She could have simply answered that question with "it was nice working with Sharukh "and don't praise him just like he did. Sis, you’re only in the industry because your boyfriend was powerful and you actively perform for the male gaze in all your films. It’s so crazy to me because, in retrospect, up until Tees Maar Khan even though she was subjected to constant objectification she was doing actual roles in her films no matter how “flower pot”. And it was working very well for her alongside Akshay Kumar but then she went on to do ‘Sheila Ki Jawani’(at a time when she didn’t have to because her career was already at peak) and then did more item songs and was reduced to an actress who only performs item numbers in films. Her choices further lent to the trend of all mainstream actresses doing item numbers in their films. On top of all that, she’s also a shit dancer. She should just be grateful that she fell into the industry at a time when Salman Khan was very powerful and cemented herself into the zeitgeist. Regarding your boss and coworker scenario. To be honest a boss will praise from a management perspective the person they feel did a good job. This type of behaviour was not professional at all. She needs to learn to calm a bit and not get offended with the reporter's question. Theses days world has become so ugly place for good people because so called smart people thinks that when someone is always nice, don’t want attention and prefer peace rather then mind games and drama are considered as dumb and brainless whereas we don’t understand that some people are smart enough not to use energy and time in useless things. Just because she is beautiful and choose to stay normal doesn’t necessarily mean she is dumb and has no brain. She is blessed with beauty and peace then let her be. Lets just imagine for a while if u were in her place who worked hard for the film, with all the shooting, lines, rehersals, dance practices, etc, would u expect someone to define u like that? No.. Absolutely no. He could have said she is really hard working or sensible or gives it all kind of person. But he said "Gentle"? For someone like her who has come from outside of India, she has worked hard a lot. I can really feel that she was so hurt.
