6 large potatoes
400 g of minced chicken or minced beef
150 g of tomato juice
salt, pepper
spices
150 g of cheese
1. Wash the potatoes, cover with water, add salt and cook until tender.
2. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
3. Fry the minced meat in a small amount of oil until ready.
4. Add tomato juice and simmer for another 2 minutes.
5. Season with salt and spices.
6. Cut the potato in half and mix until soft in a puree.
7. Add the cheese and stir so that it melts from the hot potatoes.
8. Put the meat filling on top and sprinkle with cheese.
9. Sprinkle with dried paprika.
