What tuning are you using? You have to be very low tuned for this song to sound right. Some say a Boss GX700 rack unit was used by Bolt Thrower back in the day. Likely with the 5150 amp sim. But really I think 99% of the tone is the lower tuning.

@wootks I think it was A? Cant remember, been a while. Other BT stuff is in C# but this one was lower. I was about to get a GX700. Maybe in the future.

@@theDOOMSLAYER6666 I believe you are correct that it's in A. If you don't want a rack unit you should check out the boss GT-5. I believe it's essentially the same hardware in a floor modeler with expression pedal. Sometimes you can find a GT-5 for half the price of a GX700. If you update the EPROM chip on them you can use PC software via usb+midi to control the device from your computer. It has the same 5150 amp sim that I suspect BT may have used. It has that static-y sound.
