Your braidout look so nice. This takes me back in the days when I use to cornrow my hair then took them out, I was in my early 20s. Seven years ago at the age of 52, I went natural permanently and had to relearn how to take care of natural hair, that's when I went on KZbin. It was then that I learned it was a name for what I was doing to my hair all those years ago. I really liked how the cornrows defined my roots more and elongated the hair but, I feel that braids are less damaging on wet hair, so I'll try the braids when my injury heals. When I noticed that my twistouts looked like my wash n go, I stopped the twisting because it's much more time consuming for someone dealing with chronic pain, and because my wash n go is more voluminous it was a no brainer. OMG! I'm not against some frizz, I welcome them. Haven't watched in a while but, I always enjoy your videos. Peace and Blessings!❤️

Gorgggg. Thanks for showing these results can be achieved without a BLOWDRY ! 🖤
@mcaeln72683 жыл бұрын
Braids typically take a bit longer to dry because they are more tightly woven than twists, therefore making it harder for their insides to hit the air and disperse the excess water. This style came out really pretty though and now I wanna try it for myself!

That’s the oils fualt. When u use mouuse for a style a oil is not needed. That’s why it took forever to dry. I used this same combo before and we got deadass the same hair porosity density pattern all of it. But did not use oil

Adding the oil and leave in probably made it take longer to dry and added more frizz. They state on their Instagram it's better to use alone. The drying time is quicker than a cream for me

I just started using a leave-in, oil & the design essential moose and my hair loves it better than a cream/butter.😍😌

Mousse/foam is meant to dried with heat. You could’ve easily gone under a hooded dryer n be dry the same day.
