hallo, i've purchased the MH055M8-Q5 Manfrotto Photo Video Tripod Head. as you know there is 2 ways to tilt the head and to adjust the friction of the tilt. unfortunately the big knob of the tilt friction is stuck! what can i do to release it ? I tried to rotate it but it seems like it will not move and i dont want to use an unusual power... any suggestion ?

Hi Asi Cohen This problem is common among our customers. The solution to this problem is to replace the locking mechanism. But this kind of repair is performed only at the manufacturer, i.e. in Italy. Try to contact the distributor from whom you make a purchase. I hope your problem will be solved.
