Bombing icy power lines and flow trails in Upton, MA?

Someone is putting in hard work on new trails south of Stefan's farm. It is a bit hard to appreciate with the snow and there is not a ton of new mileage, but it is a good addition to the network and they appear to be expanding to the existing Stefan's farm trails.
