I’ve been there with energy levels. I 100% recommend adding more high vibration, living foods to your routine. Spinach and pineapple juices in the morning, kale and banana smoothies. It helps so much.

Since being home for 3 years I’ve felt horrible, sleep all the time, can barely get out of bed sometimes and be motivated to do anything. I been back to work 2 days and getting out and I feel amazing again.

It can be symptoms of depression or stress. I’m not a doctor lol I’m not no one in a professional medical field but I hear you, I’m the same way. It been happening to me for a long time now and I got diagnosed with depression. I totally get what you are saying. It’s like not having motivation, being discouraged like your mind is saying something different then your heart, like you know that’s what you got to do cause that’s what you live for and or love to do , but don’t have the courage or motivation to do it. It’s starting to feel like you not caring anymore to do anything like if your heart and mind are playing tricks with each other lol.

polease talk to your physician about this, it could be something called workers crash, it causes some type of depression or anxiety which are the symptoms i hear that your talking about. I have MDD (major depressive disorder) and those are my symptoms, you can literally have no reasons to feel this way other than maybe lots of stress and lots of work, feel better please, we miss you
