@@k.g.5221 sounds like a Yamaha SPX90 to me which is a chorus rack effect. But it is extreme to the point of sounding similar to a phaser or flanger

Not sure what the brand is but the sound is flanger

I'm pretty sure it's an 80's Yamaha SPX90 rack effect. In short it's a chorus but unless you're recording it, a flanger is closer to this sound if you're getting a pedal.
