Bonacina, The Preparation of Potable Gold

This work by Marco Eugenio Bonacina, born in Milan in 1570, exists in a number of early 17th century manuscripts, the earliest probably being that now in Prague dated 31 March 1616.
This presentation uses a later manuscript.
The work is divided into three parts. Parts 2 and 3 each have a series of five painted emblems.
