Hahaha. I can't remember when I have felt so sorry for Ben Cartwright. Every one is interrupting his sleep. I can't remember when t laughed so hard. Hahaha 😂 😴.

Ben had his coat walked into the house. Walking up the stairs with no coat. Went into Hoss's room with the coat. Gee, I wonder where the coat is? LOL :D

Ben could have shut the door of Hoss’ room instead of turning him sideways. This was a flaw, i guess.

Note to director and cameraman; never set up a tight close-up when throwing a knife into the actor's back, so that the padded block takes up half the screen....

Just curious, because my mind wanders during these Bonanza episodes - for what it's worth I am disappointed in most of these, and I am a 69 year old addicted to anything from the late '50s, early '60s. Just can't get into them. Some OK, but no winners. Anyway, the question I started out with - any history professors know when the exclamation, Shut-up ! was first used on a regular basis ? ThankX. Very important question, ha ha. Hang in there.

Along with Sam Hill and Dark Star, all 3 were absolutely horrible in my opinion, too much phoniness and unrealistic to the max. In Dark Star old girl stoops down and immediately becomes a Wolf, (yeah right, uh huh) and in Sam Hill water and smoke or whatever that stuff was just shoots up out of the ground and starts spewing all over the place, plus why the heck was Sam Hill pounding pipes into the ground? He wasn't using them for anything. I love me some Bonanza and I only enjoyed watching seasons 1-6 due to the fact that Adam Cartwright was my most very favorite member of the family, after that I was done after he had left. I discontinued watching once he was gone, just didn't seem the same without him even though the show did continue without him but for me , nope, no thanks but yeah those 3 episodes that I have named were in my own estimation phony to the max but of course everyone to their own choosing and rightfully and respectfully so
