💖💖💖Norway looks like British Columbia! Those large gold fish are called Koi in Canada. Interesting to see that ‘foss’ means waterfall just like in Iceland! My husband loves waterfalls and Koi fish but hates travelling, so I travel without him. Luckily I’m BC there’s many falls to keep him happy!😀

Iceland was originally a Norwegian settlement. The language was the same, of course, but it has diverged now. Scandinavians versus Icelandic.

So nice to see! I went to school in Norheimsund where Steinsdalsfossen is located. So nice to see the place again after so many years. Still looks the same, but thankfully it looks safer to walk up behind it now since the fencing looks way better. I'm happy you enjoyed and had a very nice trip.

Fun fact: Steinsdalsfossen was created in 1699 when the river changed its course. I'll guess you were to early for the boat but to late for the glacier.
