i really miss his early access personality, story about him getting defeated by goblins.. it made it so much more personal and immersive. and you could see that he regretted his pact, now he just spouts dialogue but there's no driving force honestly. i still like him but they nerfed him so much

Soo ive never actually played the game.. for one i couldnt afford it , secondly im not in a place to have that much time to myself . So .let me tell you , i had my MIND BLOWN at the back story of the Emperor. Not only tentacle daddy had a LOVER , he FUKED A MYTHICAL DRAGON, INVENTED BALDURS GATE, he also was a LITERAL SUGAR DADDY, whaaaat?😳😧. (ill prolly regret writing this but on a personal note 'ill let him seal my sea anyday😋')

I fully understand that. In my opinion, his story lacks a bit of drama (Mizora's character wasn't enough for me). As for the romance itself, I think it's really cute and underrated.

I agree. He doesn't have the same struggles such as the others do. He holds no regrets on his pact, he has no real crisis of faith or fears for his future like other companions. He just accepts his role and that just makes him less intriguing as a character.
