@@Drisk-1 mhm. 15. Good gosh...so long. Yet this is still as good. Watching "The Current State of Every Square Enix Franchise" video ( kzbin.info/www/bejne/aYrOf6CIfbiXl7M ), and for some reason, THIS song just hit me in the face like a brick wall of nostalgia in my mind. I was actually kind of afraid for a minute because...I couldn't remember the name. Thought I wouldn't be able to find it. I was thinking maybe it was from ocremix. Then I remembered it was from a girl that I remember loving a lot of music from (FF9 stuff), who I remembered changed her name to something starting with an E, but... ...then I remembered "katethegreat19" to search for it and made it back here. Still as good as I remember. Nostalgia...but hey, we're still here. At least some of us are. : )

My brother recently bought me Xenogears for my birthday after many years of searching for it. (we had borrowed it from a friend YEARS ago) and my feels are hit soooo hard by this song and the music box one. Thank you for making this! I played Xenogears for the first time around 97-98, and I was floored. It changed my fragile teenage mind! I played it only twice after that, but have kept the soundtrack close to me since then. When I came upon this video it unleashed a torrent of memories. I started crying when Bart appeared, I had completely forgotten him. As to your actual vocals and music.... man, it was really freaking good. I would download it and add it to my Yasunori Mitsuda folder in a heartbeat.

Xenogears is absolutely amazing. Probably one of the most well thoughtout plotlines on the planet to date. I love all the music. You did such a beautifully splended job on this song. Such a wonderful played out music instruments and vocal made me wonder how the gameplay was so I ended up hunting for it and for about hundreds of websites searches later I finally got it. Oh my, I just had to look through your videos to find this jewel ^_^. This is the one at the beginning of multiple videos... I just listened to the whole song, and this might perhaps be the best song... EVER! To me, it brings me back to the emerald fields of Ireland (which I've never been) in the olden times, with cobble stone roads and cottages in the wilderness. Beautiful. It strongly reminds me of some of Yuki Kajiura's works but this is just beautiful as it is. I cannot help vision myself thinking it is a kind of folk song from some unknown race. It sounds like an Elven race [vocals], or some inhabitants of rare race from China[drums and cymbols or bells] , or even a gypsy caravan [violin] I love the violin most. It feels hauntingly beautiful. Please keep up such good works.

wow this gave me chills, I remember being only 9 years old when xenogears came out, though I didn't understand the game till I replayed it recently, and I must say it's truly a work of art not only for the story but the music as well. hearing this song on the Yggdrasil was one of my favorite pieces. as for your own talent on this song I am VERY PLEASED to hear this one of the best fan based remixes of a vgsong I've ever heard.
