Hello po, nalito lang po ako sa illustrative problem 1, sa interest payment po 4% po diba ang ginamit? Bakit po 3.7171 ang gamit po na PV of OA of 1? May table po kasi ako na gamit and sa 3% po siya nakatapat.

Hello Sir! Ask ko lang po medyo naguluhan po ako sa Illustrative 1 given which is yung sa semi-annual po. How come po na 2years divided by 2 is equal/s to 4 periods? or ang ibig po ninyong sabihin sa Semi annual part is that 2 periods in one year at dahil po 2 years ang hinahanap sa problem is naging 4 periods? anw, thank you po sa vids niyo po it really helps a lot.

siguro medyo na typo lang si sir sa pag lagyan ng division pero 4 periods siya ng payment since sa isang taon twice nag babayad kaya equal to 4 periods of payment of interest
