Urek compressing the forest actually kinda fits with what he showed so far. I mean most his abilities are literally just punching/kicking really hard with/or most basic shinsu. The only time he acually used something unique, he fcking ripped space open to teleport and compressing a whole forest by hand sound a lot like spacial manipulation, too.

I can honestly imagine Baek Ryun as this big pacifist and someone with next to zero experience fighting folks, who at some point gets pushed hard enough to actually want to fight. IDK why, just the vibe i'm getting. Like for example, if Jahad at some point sees the strand of destiny leading Wolhaiksong to disrupting his control over the Tower, he might want to eliminate them. I imagine even Ryun would've gotten angry if his precious forest were to burn suddenly.

I was watching your vid. about the 2nd season of the anime - if there will be one - and I was talking to my gf about it. I said that I think that the only way 2nd season turns into anime, is if the tog webtoon gets so many seasons, as time goes by, that they would be able to do one more anime season and hype people to go read even more stuff at naver webtoon. My gf disagreed because she thinks that the 3rd season may be the last one, but then I started thinking about it... Even if we got like 3 more season with 300+ chapters... What if Baek Ryun technique is wood type shit. Like from Naruto the 1st Hogake or Black clover the Captain of the best squad in the kingdom, the captain has World-Tree magic and he can create/control trees and he even made a spell which he create the Yggdrasil the tree from the north mythology. The tattoo on Mazino has a tree with stars, moons, Suns? and a couple of others things and the tree has 9 wings I think, maybe that's why they want to go outside the tree of knowledge and life can give powers to someone what if he can sence life or he had vision maybe that's why they follow him, no for his fighting skills but bc of his ability. Baek learned from the forest, maybe he saw a beast or the Yggdrasil or a another tree "feeding" with shinsu the animals/beasts in the area and copied the movements like Baam or something. he knows how/what is shinsu and many more secrets and maybe he is like Sukuna from Jjk, he knows what and how shinsu truly works, same with Sukuna he said that they don't understand what curses are but he knows, there's similarities between them a few but even if this little theory doesn't work then that means we are gonna see ToG transform in one piece type of thing.

I really love the idea of wolhaiksong. It's essentially about freedom from the existing system. Not about winning in it or revolutionising it, but just about getting freedom from it and exploring the outside world. So there are all these rankers and regulars who fight to win within the system, like employees of everyday life, there is a religious-like organisation called FUG which seeks to overthrow the existing system and plant their own system ( Christianity like vibes), and then there is the top 1 percent who enjoy the luxury of the tower by oppressing the weaker class of society; i.e., the great family heads. It seems like TOG was modelled after the real world sociology, but I really like that he also set up an organisation that wants nothing to do with the rat race and just wants to leave the system and chill. Sounds relatable.
