He does all the work and is basically the mayor without the title. On top of this, everyone worships him, so he's forced to maintain a facade of being okay even when he's not. When he was struggling to find joy in life, he was forced to pretend he was okay because if he gave the impression that he wasn't, everyone would immediately freak out and he'd be forced to handle it. He went out for a walk, and it only took a few hours for the town to start freaking out. He can't stay inside frequently either, because then everyone starts assuming the worst, thinking he's never coming back. That has to be exhausting. Plus, all year every year, he has to prepare for Halloween, and then on the day of, he has to carry out his plan and ensure everyone sticks to it. He's never taken a day off. He got so much practice that he ended up mastering his craft, and there was nowhere left to go. He couldn't improve anymore without sending people into cardiac arrest. So he dedicated all day every day to helping the town plan, knowing that, in reality, the plan was basically the same every year. So it's a waste of his effort, and yet he has no better outlet, no better use for his time.

I agree with you. Also, since Jack doesn't really have a tragic backstory or death like most of the other Boneheads, I feel that Jack would feel like the 'odd man out'. Like, he wants to help the others some of them but he doesn't exactly know how as he never experienced something similar to their fates.

I don’t think it would be a good idea for the other skeletons to go to Brook’s universe. Especially with all the chaos with other pirates the marines/navy and all the fighting. I mean them meeting the rest of the straw hats would be nice but the actual universe I don’t think so.
